Every project here runs through a personal discipline system I call Shadow Protocol — daily missions across code, strategy, and business, deliberately varied and difficult enough that autopilot never sets in. Built different, on purpose.
I'm Luka — a full-stack engineer and AI builder based in Harare, Zimbabwe, with six-plus years building production software. My focus now is agentic AI systems and the SaaS products they power — not prototypes, systems built to run unattended and be trusted with real decisions.
Before software, I trained in accounting — which matters more than most engineering backgrounds do when what you're building needs to survive an audit, not just a demo. A quieter edge, but a real one.
I work independently, which means the schedule is mine — and the standard is entirely self-imposed.
